Mr. Kumar holds Bachelors in Engineering degree from Bangalore University and MBA with specialization in Marketing.

Manickam Ganapathy, Ph.D, Director

42+ Years of Experience in R & D Laboratories, Advanced Technological Institute and Technology driven Industries, specifically in the areas of Structural Design and computational Mechanics (Finite Element Analysis, Classical Methods, Statics, Dynamics and Structural Instabilities, Vibration & Aero-elasticity, etc.). Proven Expertise in Advanced Composite Structures, Smart Structures, Functionally Graded Material Mechanics and Nano-Mechanics. Prior to being part of TechnoConfluence, he held several Leadership positions in defense and aerospace companies. Dr. Manickam completed his Ph.D. from IIT, Madras working on structural modeling of mechanics of diverse aerospace materials.

Anupam Ahlawat, Ph.D, Director

25+ years of experience in R & D Labs. Organizations, Institutes and Technology driven Industries, specifically in multidisciplinary and trans-disciplinary areas encompassing Structures, Remote Sensing, Electronics, Aerospace, Parallel Computing, Instrumentation and Control System Engineering. Dr. Anupam did his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi, Master's in Remote Sensing Engineering from IIT Roorkee, and Ph.D. from IISc Bangalore working on Control of Structural Vibrations. He is the recipient of several prestigious fellowships and awards including Department of S&T, Government of India, Young Scientist Award.
